This was made in 1904/05 by the Caille Brothers compnay I believe. Originally it was a hand crank game where you put in your coin and you cranked it around to show 14 different stereoscope pictures through a viewer on top. Many of these were converted to electric as was this one. It works great. I even have what I think is all the parts but the handle to make it all original again. There are some sprockets, gears, etc. The cabinet is in very nice shape. The only issue is the rear metal legs were replaced by wooden ones. Not sure on that as I've seen multiple configurations in pictures of these and more than one seemed to have these legs on it. I just started looking for replacement metal legs as I think they look better.

Honestly not exactly sure what to ask for this yet. Looks like they have sold anywhere from $1800 for a well-worn not working one to over $3000. May just go the ebay-route but prefer not to. Thinking something @ $2700.

I can send pictures tonight for anybody interested.

The machine is in Northern VA, prefer local pick-up so you can come see it in-person.

Regards

Only if you where closer. This is on my want list. I just saw about 20 of these in one location, at the Mechanical Museum up in San Francisco a few weeks ago, lots of fun.
