I have a project Bud Tapper with a cabinet that is a solid 8.5 or 9 out of 10. Tiny amount of flaking on bezel, real tiny and can't even see it unless you remove it from the game. Been working to clean this one up for awhile and again, just running out of time. I've got $650 into it and will include a repro overlay.

I can bring this game to Ohio when I travel to see Brett on Father's day weekend.

Cash and carry, will consider offers. Looking for a NICE working 'pede cabaret.

Here are some pics of all the crap I've done so far.

I've got a decent working Centipede mini available for trade. But I've got questions about the Tapper. Does it work? If not, what's wrong? What exactly did you do to it so far other than clean it up and polish/repaint the brass/gold parts?

I've never seen so many pictures of a game and its parts. You must have spent more time on the pictures than the game! LOL. Why all the dozens of pictures of the boards, chips, and chassis? I'm just curious....

Thanks,
John

I saw it today and it looks really nice. Someone here needs to grab this before he decides to go to ebay or CL to find a buyer....

I took so many pics because I planned to post about the restoration on my website, tokensonly. Better to have many pics to choose from than not enough. The album was really for me, not for public posting.

Tapper

You have deffinately put a lot of work into it and the cab looks to have been in pretty good shape before you started. Why would you not have the board repaired and sell it as working when it is that close? I wish you luck on the sale. I think it is priced very fairly.

I couldn't find anyone to look at the boards for me other than Eldorado and I'm not real anxious to send anything to them. I'll mess with it a bit and see if I can get it up and running. My time's been stretched so thin lately.
