The pictures you see here were taken less than one hour ago!

First Up - Mr. Driller 2

I love this game. It is addictive as hell, but I sold my JAMMA cabinet so I really don't need it anymore.

Oh my god, if I had 160$ I'd buy that Mr. Driller on the spot. I was just lamenting Mr. Driller to someone on another thread yesterday...I didn't even know there was a second game. :|

ACK! Of course the time I'm saving for a 3DS is the one time a Mr Driller board comes up!!! Oh man this is gonna be a hard decision... would it be plug in play in a cabinet formatted for namco System 32 games if I unplugged the System 32 motherboard from the JAMMA harness?

I have a 3DS. I'd probably trade it for Mr. Driller, or at least NOT have bought it for Mr. Driller. There are NO great games for the 3DS as it stands, and probably at least another month before they get the webstore up and running for GB/GBA downloads, and Zelda comes out in June, I think?

I didn't even buy a 3DS game with mine, because the launch lineup is so unbelievably weaksauce, but I've played a lot with Face Blaster (That's what she said.) and I like using the analog nub for DS games. A lot more comfortable than the D-PAD....

But at the end of the day, the 3DS will be around, Mr. Driller seems to be decently hard to get in my completely inexperienced opinion.

There was also a third, Mr Driller G, which is the best of the series by far!

All 3 are great, though.

I just bought a Mr Driller G board a couple weeks ago. Really fun game, especially 2-player. My wife is hooked! We first discovered the original Mr Driller at a local arcade a few months ago, and then I picked up the Dreamcast version for her. That's still her favorite.

I've never seen G either. Man. Dallas SUCKS for arcades, lol. I'm not driving 30 miles to get to Sega Dreamworks. Last time I was there they didn't have squat..

I've got it on Dreamcast, but unfortunately my VGA box fritz'ed and I don't have the regular cables for it, so will have to find replacements. Also have Drill Spirits on the DS which I played quite a bit of....but doesn't really match it being on a big screen. :)

MMM, I played that for the first time a few weeks ago in MAME. I am a sucker for Date East games! I think I should hold off for a Bad Dudes first.
