This is unused repro sideart from gamestencils.com.

Due to tempest problems I need to sell this. I just bought it at this price so don't think I am making anything on it. $110 plus shipping.

thanks and yes i just bought this for $110 and i would really like to use it but i thought getting the tempest working should be my priority over replacing the paperboy artwork.
