For sale from my personal collection:

Fully restored Asteroids game... in a Lunar Lander cabinet.
Cabinet has Lunar Lander model and serial numbers, and very nice Lunar Lander side art.
(This cabinet left the Atari factory as a Lunar Lander, and then some operator converted it to Asteroids.)

Details:
Control panel bead-blasted, powder coated, new buttons and repro overlay installed.
New repro Asteroids plexi and cardboard bezels.
Marquee brackets and speaker cover repainted.
A/R board rebuilt.
Fully rebuilt G05-801 monitor.
Owl-eye coin door disassembled, bead-blasted, re-painted, and chrome parts polished.
(includes quarter coin mechs)
High score save kit installed.
New edge connector on the wiring harness.
New AC cord.
New big blue.
New electrolytic caps on the game pcb.
New t-molding, leg levelers and mounts.
New bulb, starter & ballast for marquee light.
New 8" Pioneer speaker.

Looks great. Plays perfectly. Vectors are bright, sharp, and crisp.

$700.

Would make a great candidate for un-conversion back to Lunar Lander.

PM me if interested. Located in Maple Grove, MN.
Sorry, not interested in any trades.

I should mention, if someone wants to buy this without the Asteroids specific items (I keep the game pcb, marquee, bezels, and control panel), the price would be $450.

One more bump...

No interest out there in a great restored Asteroids, or the start of a Lunar Lander project?
