Yes, it has a freeplay option for MOST of the games, but not all. If the original board did not support freeplay, this board will not either. I think all the Pacman and Ms. Pacman games can be on freeplay except for Mr. & Mrs. Pacman cocktail. Some of the other games like Mr. TNT and Eyes require coining up (if I remember correctly).

I am ready to purchase a UR kit. One question though for those that have these already. I see that it has a high score save, attract mode, and many other things, but I didn't see if it has a free play option. Anyone know if this also contains a free play option?

Yes. It has free play for most of the games. The non-pac games do not have free play. E.g. space invaders, eyes, pengo, etc.

He responded to a PM about these several months ago. He is working on a CNC rig but did plan to make another batch of these eventually. Wish I had more details but only have hope and patience to offer.

That's strange. I ordered a q-bert mullti kit from him 2 weeks ago and he replied and shipped it the next day. He even sent an e-mail saying he was going to start building these 96-1 kits again once he got caught up on the exidy kits. Unless it is a different Mike he dosen't seem to be m.i.a.

The 96-in-1 are back for sale. Mike has built 16 with a new yellow PCB color from a new manufacturer. He is trying them out with this small build but already has them in stock. I just bought one yesterday. after these 16 are sold he will be making another lot in about 3 or 4 weeks. Grab them while they are in stock!

FYI it ends up being $100.50 after shipping and handling.
