FS: 2 or 4 Player 25" Jamma Cab w/Monitor: MN

I have this tastefully converted Virtua Fighter cab up for sale. Comes with ATX power supply, Jamma Harness, recapped and 100% working K7000 with remote board and 2 control panels. The one pictured, for trackball games like Golden Tee, and a custom 4 player CP with routed holes for 4 joysticks and 8 buttons. I will also throw in the 6 in 1 jamma switcher that is currently inside this machine. One of the 6 channels isn't working, so it's actually a 5 in 1 at this point. Zenomorp can fix these though, so you could have it back to 6 in no time. The cab is in great physical shape. Comes with original VF monitor glass but a new piece of plexi can easily be cut to replace it. This cabinet would be perfect for playing jamma boards on a 25" monitor. Would also be a great cabinet for a MAME set up, as you could literally live inside this thing. Tons of square footage inside and a large area under the cp for a keyboard/jpac set up. It's plug n play for jamma as is (just add controls to the panels). $250 steals it, local pick-up only at this point. The monitor and jamma switcher alone would sell for more than that. I need space, and fewer projects, so this has to go. I will even throw in a GT2K (with marquee) or Shuffleshot board for free. That still leaves you 4 slots to fill on the switcher!! Thanks!

Just curious, do you have a pic of the 2nd CP? Does it need to be finished, or is it ready to go minus the sticks & buttons?

I don't have a pic ATM. It is blank and pretty much ready to go. The front edge is routed for T-molding. The entire CP was primed and painted gloss white after routing, so it is ready for a CPO to be installed. The underside has all the routing done for standard joystick bases to be inset, giving you the correct height on the shafts. All it would need would be a piano hinge to attach to the CP box (I can throw one in if I have one that fits) and controls.

$225 takes it. I'll even do $200 if you can pick it up Saturday.

Recapped 25" K7000 Monitor (little to zero burn): $150
Jamma 6 in 1 switcher (when you can find them): $100

The completely wired cab, power supply and 2 CP's are basically free. MAMErs welcome.

Had an interested guy, he backed out, so this is still here.

$175 takes the wired cab with new T-molding, capped 25" K7000 monitor, 6 in 1 switcher, control panel box and 2 control panels. Make it into a MAME cab, a 4 player multi or convert it to a multi fighting machine. Sky's the limit with this much real estate and square footage. I need this out of the way ASAP. Thanks.

Hey! Thanks for the name drop.

Well, if this doesn't sell I'll be PMing you for your address and have you repair/mod it for me if you're able. I may use this set-up to make my own multi fighting rig. I already have my working MK2 Board, just need to find 5 more titles I like.

rainman154 should get this, throw the Tekken III from the dedicated Primal Rage cab that I want to buy in it and then sell me the Primal Rage cab. Sage gets his Tekken III in a nice cab, I get the Primal Rage dedicated cab, rainman154 gets two things sold and some extras and you get the game sold. Winners all around.

Sounds good, but I'm out of the country and won't be back until the third week in November.

I could actually use this thing. I need a cab that I can use for some various games that I don't have dedicated cabs for. I will be driving up to Milwaukee the weekend of the 22nd from St Louis to pick up a game but looks like Avon would be a little too far to include in a Sat-Sun trip. :(

What a steal! Wish I was closer, it would be mine.

This is sad. I have plenty of JAMMA boards that I could use in this, even a couple of 4P games. It'd be perfect for what I need.

Problems: I don't own a truck, I can't afford to rent one and take a trip to Minnesota and back, and I'd have to get rid of one of my machines to make room for this one. On top of that, even if I could pull it off I'd probably have to hire help to get it into my basement, as I had hernia surgery earlier this year (lifting huge things is a no-no) and there's no way I can get that big of a cab down there myself.

This is enough to make me cry... I have a Virtua Fighter thats in dire need of a replacement cab, tons of water damage at the base. I spent all of my "fun money" on the Virtua Fighter and a Rolling Thunder and don't have the cash for your replacement cab now.. :(

If you don't find a buyer, and want to keep all of the guts, let me know... I'd take just the cab...

Otherwise free bump...
