I've been holding onto this for quite a while and my game is now long gone (sold).

Entertaining offers plus shipping. I'll take pictures in the next couple days and edit this ad if it doesn't get flagged again...

Pretty good condition with only minor surface scratches, some drying and vertical cracking.
A perfect candidate for clear coating - it would then be in mint condition. Stored flat, in an environmentally controlled house for over 10 years.

Came from the factory with wooden rails mounted onto the sides holding the playfield flat. These rails will need to be removed
and the playfield "flexed" into the proper position and the brackets installed BEFORE clear coating! Pre-drilled and dimpled on both sides!

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity! Only 400 of these games were produced and they are highly collectible! No one knows how many are left.
This may very well be the last known NOS Joust playfield in existence.

I have a NOS Joust playfield in my stash of playfields. I actually know someone else in a nearby state with one too. Mine is now clear coated. I was keeping it in hopes to find a game for it. Not a fun single player game but it's a cool 2-player pin.

Wouldn't that cause an issue when it needs to "bend" to be installed?

Chris

I run an auto body shop. I do playfield clear coating using a spray booth and the same clear coat that we use on cars. Automotive clear coat is flexible. It does flex. Go look at your car. Flex the front or rear bumper cover. Does the clear coat crack off?

I've been wondering about this. Interest on this field is brisk but I don't see anyone stepping up to pay what im asking ($1500) so, I may hold onto it and get it cleared also.... It definitely needs it, along with some minor touch-up.
