I have a JROK multi. It's cool. Not really into Defender. I suck at it. It's all about Robotron for me.

Frogger was my first cab, and mine is in a lot worse condition. The bottom needs some addressing before I even think of sideart. I'm not really concerned since I don't see the sides anyways, it's against a wall on one side, and Ms. Pac-man on the other.
In any case, this restoration came out great. Maybe this will motivate me to at least get the repro bezel in, fix the lightbox, and put the back door back on my cab.

Dr. Hotcakes, I really like your Frogger. I have a Sega cabinet here, and a Frogger control panel, but I am just wondering if I really need a Frogger for my game room. How would you convince me that I do?

It's the only game that would make sense for you to frame a picture of George Costanza, on the wall, next to it.
Looks great!! I need to do a little work on the one I just got for my wife.
It won't be as nice as yours, but I already rebuilt the joystick and it's way better already

Dear Senor Phet,
I have come to the conclusion that Frogger is an outstanding game that every game room needs. I looked long for one. It's a favorite game. I also find it very fun to play, and quite challenging. It's quite simple on the surface. Easy to learn, yet hard to master. It's also a game that everyone recognizes so it should get lots of play in the basement. And, that makes me happy. I like to be happy. And, I like to see other people being happy. At the end of the day it's all about the happiness. Are you happy?
There also is a high score save kit that adds freeplay. This kit adds a leader board with initial too.

I was hoping you'd write a song to convince me. Color me sad that this was not so. A song to convince me I need a Frogger would have been sweeter than Willy Wonka's peter.

I actually picked mine up a week or so ago. Had watched out for one for a long time, last one I found was falling apart rough, so I got rid of it.
I think the main work I'll have to do on this one is repaint the black areas - typical bumpiness, but not really swollen, just the finish didn't hold up. New sideart and make a backdoor and I'll be set. Would like to get the highscore kit eventually.
