I'm selling a working Frogger cocktail that plays great and looks pretty good... from the top.

The good: Bright, clear monitor with very little screen burn. Working PCB with free play roms installed. Game is fully playable and fun. (obviously - working power supply, harness, speakers, joysticks, etc)

The bad: the paint or vinyl or whatever it is has been flaking off of the sides. There's no water damage or structural damage to the cabinet or anything like that, just the paint's peeling. I think it might have been left in a storage unit in a hot area with no air conditioning for several years or something. There's one tiny chunk of the plywood that broke off (see the pictures). The T-Molding could also use replacing. The control panels are a bit scratched up. And the coin door/bucket is missing.

The price: $225

(wait... did he say $225? I can't buy a working 19" arcade monitor with no screen burn for $225). That's right. It's like buying a nice 19" arcade monitor with minimal burn and getting the rest of the game for free!

Note that all the cosmetic stuff could be fixed up with some paint, some t-molding, and some effort. There would be no electronics to repair, just some cosmetics. Or if you don't care how it looks, you could have a fully playable cocktail for cheap. Or get a Konami to JAMMA adapter and put a 60-in-1 in it. Or pull the monitor and put it in your other game that has a nasty monitor with a ton of burn and throw the rest away. Whatever. Just pay me and take it away.

orrrrrrr. If you are more the kind of person who wants to jut put the game in their arcade and not have to do any work on it, you could check out the other Frogger cocktail I have for sale. No work required. It looks nice and plays nice, and it's only $400. Here's a link to the post about it:

I plan on keeping one of the two - I don't mind doing the restore work if the nice one sells, and I don't mind not having to do the restore work if the one that needs restoring sells.

I'm like Frogger cocktails R Us over here! Come and buy one! If you pm me, let me know whether you're interested in the Frogger Beauty or the Frogger Beast.

Dammit. Why aren't you in the LA area? I've got a couple of games that could definitely use a monitor with a lot less screen burn. In fact if the Frogger doesn't sell, the next question is going to be how much work in re-framing will I need to do to get the nice Frogger monitor into my Tapper (which is severely screen burned).
