Picked this up in Lafayette, IN (Go Purdue!) this evening. Had to wait for the first rain in 18 days or so and for the power to come back on before I could leave. The upright picture is from his CL post (I left my phone in the house while I was unloading it).

I think it's in pretty good shape. No water damage and since there's no art work, I think a nice paint job is in order (if I have the nerve and can match the paint color). CPO has a little bit of wear as you would expect but I don't think it's distracting. Monitor would qualify as the example picture in a textbook for screen burn.

They reported it did not work. I'll have to go over it to see if it's "just a fuse".

Great pickup! :beerchug:

Frenzy is one of the games I regret selling a bunch of years ago when I thought I was leaving the hobby. :(

I have got to get my Frenzy together and working, I keep seeing ones like this one pop up and it kills me that mine is still NOT working.

Cool, was this the one on cl for $50?

It is. He was a super nice guy. I called him on Wednesday from work (downtown Indy) and let him know I was interested and could drive that night right after work. He said he had some interest in it but if I definitely wanted it that it was mine and I could drive up in the next day or two if that worked out better. It was at his business and one of his employees even grabbed a hand cart and schlepped it to the truck and helped put it in the truck. Easiest pickup ever!

I remember playing Berzerk at the skating rink so I'm excited to get this one in good condition and then maybe getting a Berzerk board for it as well. This is probably my last arcade run for a while, I've got a garage full of project work now!

I'm glad you picked it up, cause I was just out in Monticello last night. Minutes away from Lafayette.

Let us know if it's "just a fuse" as the case usually is. But hell can't beat the price.

What's better than "Just a fuse"?

"The door switch isn't pressed..." The back door had it's lock drilled out and was just stuck back in there. I guess the door switch wasn't depressed enough.

It's pretty clean, no dead animals (or live ones for that matter)!
Marquee light is out. Sound works!

Wow, that's awesome. I was swamped with things otherwise I would have driven up to get it.....

Can't believe the price and the fix, amazing. You probably should have bought a lottery ticket that day. :) I can't wait to see and play mine in a few weeks at GameWarp. It is rough but will be working and I have been gathering all the resto parts while I wait for it to come home then I will make it new again.

Great game.

That might've been a real pain to get working if it were something more involved.

I'd go out right away and try my luck again. The gods are smiling on you. :) Great game!
