Decided to try an actually contribute something for once so I made this program.
As you will see on the the credits of the program everything is 100% coded/made by me.

Anyways, the program is basically a tool to keep track of your arcade projects,
whether it be restoring, painting, fixing etc.
Hence why it's called "ArcadeLogger" as it logs your projects.

Features:
-Up to 10 projects at once can be logged
-To do, completed and notes
-Progress bar
-Very small, less then 1mb
-100% adware,spyware,virus free.

not bad.. does it have a print out option.. something like this could be usefull when trading with others. Being able to provide a work history would be nice.

Maybe a printout for all projects.. or to be able to select just a single project and print it out.

I'm sure I could add that feature soon enough.

very interesting program. I could see my self using something like this if it had more functionality. Kind of like a basic Quickbooks for arcade users!

It would be neat if you could create tasks with notes, and add a percentage value to it. Then just click a button to move it 'done' column.

Another great feature would be a simple running tally on costs associated with each product. Simple line item stuff - brief description with a +/- cost/profit pricing column.

A print option as well as an option to add more projects would push me over the edge and I'd likely use the program. Perhaps even an area/page where you can add parts and prices paid for parts (as well as price paid for the cab) so a running total could be added up would be AWESOME.

Nice start though...especially for a "kid"... :D

Uh frizz...I already mentioned those things. Go take a nap dude, you need it.:D

I'm going to add printing and a cost list that allows you to find the total from all of the costs as well.

I'm all for an Expense column for tracking your expenses. That could also mean more options on printing. Sometimes you may not want to print the expense column if you are providing a work history..

It's like.. instead of Car Fax.. It's Arcade Fax (ohh. you should name it that)

Also, if one was going to use it for those purposes you would need the ability to add more than just 10 items. Good idea for an app there dude..

A nice feature would be if you needed a Bezel/joystick etc. it could scan ebay....
like the feature on KLOV/VAPS....
but i think ill take a look at it!

I'll also look into adding the ability to create an unlimited amount of projects.

Cool..
Great to see "young'ns" creating new cool stuff!
I've been using (well.. I started using then fell into sloppy lazy habits, but that's another story ;) ) a program called elog. Its an electronic log book that has a web interface. I start a log for each game and then update as I go. Its pretty flexible.. most of the entry is free-form text.

Ahh, figures! I have 3 computers. A brand new iMac, an older iMac, and a brand new Macbook.

D'oh!

Good work kid...

For all of you that complained about his posts..... shame on you.

Keep up the good work kid. I am guessing that if you can keep taking suggestions and build this out a few of us would pitch some funds your way for your time.

We aren't all cranky, stingy bastards. ;)
