SO im looking at this sprint 2 in my garage, and ive decided that i will never get around to messing with it. I have about $50 in gas wrapped up in removing this monster from a guys basement in a far away town. If i didnt save it he was going to smash it and carry it upstairs in pices.

The monitor glows but does not produce a picture.

If tested with a monitor(anything with a yellow rca jack will work) the video comes up nicely and there are no graphics glitches. If you dont want to fix the original monitor you could mount a 25"tv in there and it would work fine.

However when coined up one car only turns left, the other veers left/right all over the place. Not sure if this is a pcb issue or controls issue but the pcb is at least helfway functional which i guess is a big challenge on these machines so thats a good thing.

Cab is ok, has seen water before, slight swell on the bottom. Bezel art is nice, sideart is pretty good.

FREE. Will take donations/other parts if you want but its not necessary.

Heres the catch:

- you will not part this out just to resell the parts. I could do that. The only thing that wouldnt bug me is if you have a nicer machine you actually need parts for and are making a good one out of two and selling leftovers thats cool etc.

-first to show up here with a truck and pickup wins. No holding it, no drama.

Thats it. Come get it!!!!

If you come before thre weekend i will throw in the manual with schematics as well.

I wish I was able to swing by when I drove up to Milwaukee but unfortunately my wife was with me on the trip and it turned more into a weekend getaway with a trip to Ikea and a Cards game at Wrigley Field. It didn't leave time for extras. I even have to have Bill ship me my BZ boards because I didn't have time to meet him. I'm glad that you are going to find it a good home. I would hate to see it get parted.

Funny, sitting at a JimmyJohns in Rockford, reading this with an empty van, decisions....

Will it fit in a minivan? If so, I'd be glad to take it off your hands as soon as tomorrow.

well... zen came over in a toyota seinna without stowable center ceats. WIth the seats foward it might have fit... barely... but hes going to the pin show and is supposed to be picking up a pin too so he was afraid it wouldn't all fit in there..

We did get to bs for awhile and get some arcade gaming in so it wasnt at all a loss. Its always nice to meet another klover and put another face to the name. (nice meeting you again man)

So... yeah itll fit in a minivan, kind of at least. Bring straps just incase your rear hatch wont shut.

And of course its still available racerx.

SO if you want to make the trek up route 173 lmk.
