Hey Guys and Gals (I'm guessing mostly guys though - ha ha) ...

For anyone who may be interested, below are links to download all the artwork I remastered for my (finally finished) MK restore. More pics and info can be found here: https://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=395427

There are two flavors to choose from. One with the Halftones retained (as close to the original artwork as possible) the other with clean gradients which is what I ended up printing for my cabinet. After test printing both, I personally preferred the cleaner look.

Every component of each file (minus the johnny cage image himself which was graciously given to me by a fellow KLOV'er) was re-created with vector paths and then composited / finalized to scale @ 600dpi ... All pieces fit perfectly on original MK cabinet, including CPO and associated button position.

Here is link to directory with both sets of files:

Here are some low res reference files of the clean (non-halftone) version I printed for my cab.

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. Dumb question though, as far as printing is concerned, where do I go to get them printed and what is the typical coat?

Nowadays most sign shops are capable of large format vinyl printing. I paid $100 for my full set BUT I do a good bit of repeat business with them so they cut me a break. I would expect normal costs to be in the $200 range.

Would love to download these for the midway cab that I just picked up. Login and password don't seem to work? Any help. Thanks for sharing

Wow, these look absolutely incredible. Thank for for these! I'm definitely grabbing 'em and I have a buddy who will flip when I tell him about this!

It seems as if there was a capitalization mistake with the password. I was able to login when "retro" was lowercase.

Thanks for pointing out the password variant... I just fixed the original post to reflect this.

Thanks for the feedback as well!

That cabinet is sick!! Amazing work on the woodworking as well as the artwork, great talent. Time to follow your posts.

I have an MK2 cabinet that I've been stuck on what to do with it. You're artwork just made the decision simple. Thank you

Again, outstanding work on the art, but I feel I must say that the dimensions are a bit off based on your pictures. It's a bit too wide and JC's eyes aren't blue. Here are some pics of my dedicated machine and yours for comparison. I think the art needs tweaked a bit...

You are correct about the scale... i never realized until now. if you download the full high res are his eyes are blue as are the blue details in in shoes etc. for some reason they just seem muted in those particular photos.

Is there a chance to re-upload the files?
A friend of mine just picked the cabinet and want to restore it.Thank you.
I have a cabinet that I believe is the same as the one used for MK and would appreciate a reupload too! I just need to use it for a template.
