Fraudulant CL Add using a photo of my old game in SC

So I was perusing the Myrtle Beach Craigslist on a whim tonight and I noticed the following add.

http://myrtlebeach.craigslist.org/vgm/3597322572.html

At first I was like "Cool, another SNK table top game" Then I noticed that the picture in the listing was taken in my basement, of a game that I sold to Hudson Arcade (Mark Spaeth) over two years ago. Notice the Welcome Back Kotter turntable to the left of the game (I still have that).

Kind of odd how people scam random photos off the web and then try to pass them off as their own.

I sent the offending poster an email (after I flagged his post). Can't wait to get his reply.

How do you know it's a fraud? Maybe the dude was too lazy to take his own picture and used a Google image.

If you are selling a game that you have in your possession and are too lazy to take 5 seconds to snap a picture, then you should not be using Craiglist to sell items. That photo was taken by me, in my basement, over two years ago. To me that is false advertising and fraudulent.

Where's the false advertising? He says he has that particular game and posted a picture of that model game. Just because he used your picture and it happens to be 2 years old has nothing to do with anything. Now, if he doesn't really have a copy of the game and is scamming people that's something completely different.

For all you know, he could have bought the game from Spaeth.

Email him and ask him much for the dope Welcome Back Kotter turntable. Just to see what he says :) It'd be interesting if he said it wasn't for sale..
