I got mine free and bought more (used) letters cheap on ebay. Look on ebay for menu board. if you're lucky you can find one cheap. I had a saved search that worked great. Try this to get you going:
menu board -lighted -chalk -chalkboard -tin -chef -illuminated -led -stand
