And what a difference a frame makes. I still need to find ALL the flyers I've purchased over the years, but I at least framed the 3 I COULD find. You know, this is one of those projects that really isn't that hard, but you never seem to get around to. Now the best part is that these went from collecting dust in my game closet to being able to be presented, protected and displayed in the gameroom. I have discovered that simple is best, so no mat, standard black frames:

BTB, if anyone is interested in the framed Castlevania Flyer, I'll let it go for $25 shipped. It's a mint original, 8.5 x 11" flyer, but really doesn't go with my Space theme:

Cool. I do the same thing with all of my games. I have flyers for 6 of my 8 games framed above the games right now, all except Galaga and Berzerk. People seem to like that look that visit.

That was my original plan, and I know I have at least 10 mint flyers for games I own stored somewhere, but I can't seem to find them right now. I was lucky to find these 3.

Those look great. Where'd you get the Space Paranoids flyer? Was a flyer size available when the posters were sold? I bought a poster, but I don't remember flyers as an option.

I made an order with Rich at about the same time as he was filling SP poster orders. He generously threw in the flyer sized one as lagniappe. You could call him the Bob the Knob Roberts of the Left Coast, but he might not like it. It looks awesome at that size, and I didn't have the wall space for the large poster.

Ha! Crazy timing. I just did the same thing last weekend. I will have to post up some pics tonight after I get home.
I found "document frames" at the walmart for like $3 each. A local hoarder let me pick through his manuals and flyers. I ended up with:

Major Havoc
I,Robot
ROTJ
Cheyenne
and a few others I cant remember.

I love those document frames, the right size (not 8x10), real glass, vinyl coated black frame, easy hinged access panel. The perfect frames for these flyers. I'd love an iRobot flyer. I have 3 frames yet to fill.

Castlevania Flyer is sold. I may have a few more I am not using. When I find my stash, I'll see if there's any interest.

Hmm I'll have to remember to get some of those frames next time I'm at Wally World. I have a number of flyers that aren't framed at the moment. Some of them seem to be slightly oversized than normal 8.5 x 11 unfortunately. I try to buy for games I have in the collection for the most part.

I have:
Crystal Castles
Lethal Enforcers
Mortal Kombat x2 (one hanging in my office at work)
Mortal Kombat 2
NBA Jam
Star Wars Trilogy
WWF Wrestlefest
X-Men

He did have some duplicates. If I end up going out there again I will see what I can do. I got a Paperboy as well, and a Spy Hunter for TSM. I think he had more of those as well.

You have motivated me to get mine done. Maybe this weekend. I have $1 store frames for all the games I have - gonna put the flyers around the high score board

I've been trying to get flyers for all of my games. I still need Berzerk and Tetris. Could also use one for my juke.

I agree... Framed fliers are great!!! I want that Mad Planets flyer!

They aren't that great but dollar stores usually have black document frames for $1.00. They look great after the flyer is installed!

I think I dropped 20 large on Ebay for that baby.

I do like that HS score board. How does one go about looking for that?

Well office supply stores seem to call them 'letter boards'. Staples has some really pricey magnetic ones on their web site, but there's got to be someone who still has the non-magnetic (and hopefully cheaper) ones.

I like a larger frame and a neutral mat. I've only got one flyer up at the moment (and it's in my office), but by using the matting I avoid the frame covering up any of the edges. I held that one in place with some acid-free mounting stuff that my wife has for her card making.

Cool! A couple of framed flyers here and there can look really awesome. I actually have 4 framed ones in my game room. They are from GORF, Lunar Lander, Space Duel, and Warrior.

This looks really nice too.
