Found these and was finally able to scan them!

First is when I was a teenager. This was from 1988, and I was 18. This was in my dad's basement. In addition to these, we had air hockey and a ping pong table:

The other photo I found was from 1994, when I was living with a roommate. This was our dining room:

Ahhh, memories.

What is really interesting is how many of these games I have owned again since these photos were taken.

That's awesome Chris. Did your Dad buy all of those in 1988, or before then? All at one time, or one here and one there? Thanks for sharing.

That must have been awesome.

Did your dad always have games growing up?

No, he did not. The games were all mine, I worked hard for what I had growing up. He did not mind me buying them, but I had to buy them. I wasn't always a good kid though, LOL. I got the Firepower, Elevator Action and Haunted House at once, and didn't tell him (my dad) until the guy showed up with them, LOL

Jesus christ, and I thought my dad was cool for buying a Cyclone in the early 90's... :p

He was really cool about me having the stuff. He liked to play them too, and he knew if I was doing this, I was not out doing drugs or stuff like that.

Wow! I couldn't even buy a pair of pants when I was 18! Do you remember what you paid for back then?

When I was 17-18 I worked for a year at IBM. I made $19.50 an hour regular time, and $28 on overtime, and paid no rent. I should have been better with my money, but oh well, I was a kid :)

The prices as I remember:

Black Knight - $800
Space Duel - $450
Haunted House $750
Xenon was $750
Elevator Action was $300
Firepower was $700

Also had (but left before the photos):

Zoo Keeper that was $500
Black Knight #2 that was $850

Oh Hell! I worked at IBM for two summers in 1995 and 1996 when I was 20 and 21 and I only got $6/hr. What did you do to get that much? Of course, mine was just part of a scholarship program...I swept floors and inspected chips under a microscope for 8 hrs/day. Makes one stay in school, that's for sure. Awesome story!

I worked as what they called a "supplemental" employee in the warehouse in Mechanicsburg, PA. They did not hide anything. When I was hired (like everyone else), you knew it was a 364 day assignment. It was basically a temp job, but directly through IBM. I loved it. I packed boxes for shipment to distributors. Worked with really cool people, and for it's time, a really automated warehouse. They had these little robots that moved around the floor and picked up and delivered pallets to the workstations. They also had a " large pick" and "small pick" area and both were automated. By today's warehouse standards it would be very dated, but for it's time man was it cool.

Day 364, you were done. Unfortunate, but this way they did not have to permenantly hire anyone. People worked hard because they were paid well. It was not a sweat shop, just good woork for good pay. It was air conditioned because of the robots too, a huge bonus!

Mousin' Around is a lot of fun for a pin that would seem to be cutesy. I miss my Black Knight 2000. It wasn't in great shape but worked. I should have kept it and tried to fix it up. The condition was the reason I sold it. I really wish I had not done that. Fast play and great music. Dual playfields are cool, especially when its not just some crummy mini playfield.

There are few games I have sold that I really miss. Black Knight 2000 was one, and Mousin' Around was the other. It's a simple game, but very fast, with great ramp shots, good music, and a family friendly theme. I have another Black Knight 2000 now, I will have another Mousin' Around in the future too.

I used to work at the Kmart in Mechanicsburg in 1993. Man I sure had fun there.

I miss the Silver Spring Drive In/Flea Market...:(
