I was cleaning up my workshop and found a huge bowl of keys that i grabbed from a warehouse.. found a taito key, and lots of wico and row ones.. Don't know what these go to though.. Any ideas? Only thing i could think of was maybe one of those counter/bartop games you see in bars..

Miwa lock is recognized as the leading lock manufacturer in Japan supplying over fifty-five percent of the domestic market, also in the United Stated; Miwa locks are being used for all purposes and prides itself on in. Putting special emphasis on institutional security including hotels and commercial installations. Without a doubt, Miwa lock has the finest key control products in the world, manufacturing over 500,000 locks per month.
Miwa provides this magnetic system with 450,000 different combinations. This, of course, makes masterkeying a real pleasure, with no friction or contact between the key and the lock cylinder. The locks themselves have virtually little wear factor.
You will be very satisfied that you have found the Miwa Lock product. Contact us for a demonstration.

Hard to say, some Japanese game for certain, but with 450,000 different possible combinations, sounds like some serious security. Its likely. that these keys will only open the original locks they were keyed for , and no other.

They look like the keys that go to a coin box door on a candy cab. My Sega Blast City has keys just like those for the coin-box. The Sega keys that go the the actual Jamma cove door is this weird brail looking style key shaft.

I just took a look and snapped a pic.
The MIWA key goes to my coin box door on my candy cab. (bottom left) Most candy cabs I seen take this type of key just for the coin box doors only.

Then you have the funny brail looking holes along the key shaft on my other keys. (SEGA key chain, and the top key)
They go to the actual Jamma/credit doors, same for my Japanese slot machine.
