Found out something cool you all might like to know on my ROWE BC11
Well I have 2 got 1 working and bolted them together using one for the base, looks pretty sweet. Well I used the one with the nicest cabinet (dark brown) on the top and the one that wasnt so nice with the (stick on veneer faded woodgrain)on the bottom. Well I started getting off all the stickers, tape etc to prep for my new color matched Dark brown Paint for the sides.I then started on the lower door removing the UGLY veneer. Guess what I discovered under the veneer was a PRISTINE painted front door on my change machine. IT had all the white stenciling completely preserved undernieth.Soooo now I'm moving that door to the top and switching all the hardware over to it,I want the nicest door on the machine that will be used. So if your ever trying to decide which Rowe change machine to use I suggest you peek under that veneer befor making your final decision. I thought everyone might like to know this because I would bet all ROWES came factory painted Dark Brown with the white stenciling then the veneer was added as either a customer option or just to offer the lineup in a different look. So if your veneer is faded and ugly I suggest checking undernieth in an inconspicuous spot. You may have a gem like me
Hope this helps someone.....Dave
