FOUND: CPS3 simm 128mb x1

a SIMM is a SIMM, a DIMM is a DIMM, if yer looking for custom/proprietary ram, then you have to list all the details and specifications so we can help you find what you need.

ie:

This kit replaces the RAM SIMMs in a standard arcade CPS3 kit with flash ROMs. This offers two distinct advantages:
  • ROMs cannot corrupt, unlike RAM chips can.
  • ROMs are instantly accessible, and avoid the very lengthy process (between 30 and 45 minutes depending on the game) of copying data from the CPS3 SCSI CD to RAM when games are changed or the RAM chips lose power.
...and now you're going up from $5/128mb SIMM to $150+/128mb SIMM (CPS3 centric):

Sorry for the confusion.

This was a cross-post from arcade projects so I know about the Darksoft stuff. He sells repro Simms but he's out of stock and probably will be for a while.

Just to clarify, I need a 128mb simm module from a Capcom cps3 arcade board. Not looking to spend eBay prices for it.

The ultrasimms are a new product that replaces the old Simms entirely with rewritable ones. I'd love to get the kit but it's a lot more expensive than a single 128mb :)
