Found A Ripley's in the wild...

I am never selling my ripleys. Top 3 stern game of all time and people are starting to realize it. I think the days of 1,400 ripleys are long gone unless you are really lucky.

oh, i think they're long gone as well. i know where one is now....it's in fantastic shape....but i'm gonna have to PAY if i want that bad boy (and i DO want it).

thankfully the new LIVE arcade pinball game has RBION on it, so at least i'm able to scratch my itch somewhat.

Granted this post was from a year ago, noticed that the question still wasn't answered. The reason why there was more than one ball on the table during non- multiball is because on ripley's there are multiple modes that are two ball modes. I read somewhere that they designed it this way so that beginners would be drawn in by all the ball action, while pro players would have the challenge of completing a mode with more than one ball whizzing around. As if that alone weren't hard enough, you have to play and complete 7 modes before you can get to the Atlantis wizard mode. If you don't complete all 7, they'll just keep cycling around. Really digging this game a lot lately.

Thanks for answering my question about the multiball. A week or so after posting this I went back to play it and it was gone.....I was soo bummed out. Apparently the "talking shrunken head" was getting on the nerves of the bar staff.

Now there is a punching boxing game in its place.
