I didn't get the complete RunDown, but we had a clients relative come over to take a look at it, as he used to work on these things in the early 90's during High school as a job.
He fixed it in two minutes. Thankfully, the video converter board still works, as do the two Jamma Boards that I brought in. Simpsons and one Turtles. I'll get the full update later this morning because now I'm wondering just what the hell could have been wrong..

He removed the ancient Transformer and he hooked it up directly to the power supply, as well as renamed the remaining nameless wires that I didn't think to take care of last time. So now we only have a light weight power supply to worry about building a cabinet for, and I can now make my own super gun, I believe the term is, for one of the worlds few portable arcade games
