I'm gauging interest in this. The board has graphical errors (see image below). This includes the original control panel harness. Sold as a lot. Thanks for looking. This is pending sale!

Is there any other game that uses the same cabinet? I'd love to have a Forgotten Worlds, but I'm not sure what I'd do with just these parts...

the kit fits a standard Dynamo HS1

How can this be MMAO and be FS on Ebay at the same time.

$150? You must have had no idea... it's probably one of the most sought after complete JAMMA games. IMHO it's more rare and special than Ghouls and Ghosts, Street Fighter 3 3S, a Neo Geo etc...

The spinners and press down to fire gameplay is impossible to emulate and it make this fun game very unique.

I sold a 9/10 machine for $900 to a friend.

I have no idea. I came across 2 within 2 years and was less than 300$

If someone needs a dedciated cabs unpopulated control panel with a better overlay, I have a few. Here is a pic of one. I think they were all in about the same shape. They were saved when capcom was closing their SJ facility. They mainly have small bolt damage to the overlay where they were stacked on top of each other. My guess was they were either new, or pulls when they converted cabs to something else.

This is where I found it. The cabinet was too far gone. The kit will remain for sale for a short amount of time after which I will have it repaired and installed in a machine.

What other games use that push down spinner? It's sort of a cross between the DOT and Front Line, but I've never seen any other games with it.

And if anyone else sees a complete game in Iowa for $150, please call me and I'll hope in my car and start driving! :D

$500 is spot on for that kit. Sold mine for about that a couple years ago to a guy in Japan.
you could play around with + / - $100 for it.

I never said I seen one in Iowa . First one I saw was in Maine and the second one was in north Carolina

I thought it was reasonable. I may hit you up for repairs. Think you can tackle it?

I once got some funky controls off an operator. An 8 way bat controller with an optical spinner on it. Can't think of a game that would use it. I think I also got an arkanoid like controler that let you push it down. Not 100% sure on that, it was a long time ago.

Back when I got the forgotten worlds panels, Some of them had spinners on them. I think I sold them for like $75 a pop and that was like 15 years ago. I think a recently, somone here sold a pair for $300.

I saw some $300+ CAPCOM spinners last year. They were "NOS." Sold on eBay. And looked real nice.

Anyways, I agree: $75 (shipped) for a used working CAPCOM spinner is about right.

And about $65 (shipped) for a bad FW board set is about right. It will cost about that much (on the low end) for a tech to fix it if the custom is bad. And a working FW board may be found for about $125~$150 (shipped).

Seen some people get around the CAPCOM spinners before by using Arkanoid spinners and wiring a cherry switches to auto fire. But, never seen people get around the cab art. Original Cab Art is always the tricky part. Can't have a cab with out it. I have no idea what all that art is worth, especially all together like that.

Anyways, not sure if this is true or not; but, last year, iirc, a buddy told me that Gene was asking around $300 for a working board set and working pair of CAPCOM spinners. I never checked it out. But, I give my buddy the benefit of the doubt. Hope this bit of hear say can help.

And, right now, FW is more popular on the EURO (Fr) and ASIA (Jp) scene (and not so much the US scene).

-----------

Best of luck with the sale, R1.
