This is really cool. I assume it will work with most console like the wii as well? What is it called and who is making it?

It's called a mobile gaming environment and it is made by gaems, yes I spelled that correct , it's is made by a company called gaems but pronounced games. A wii would not work because the only input oh the screen is a hdmi

Doesn't look like it has that great of ventilation. I think I saw these in a magazine a few years back and that was the main concern with it.

It is a neat idea, though. Just seeing all that stuff around the vents is a little scary.

EDIT: Seems they say it is set up for "proper ventilation." I would still be worried.

No problems at all, the back of the ps3 actually is open and gets plenty if air flow , I had it on all day with no problems

Why is it better than a Vita? It's practically the same cost without even including the PS3, and you can't exactly play this on a train or outside. Not to mention it's like carrying a small suitcase. Plus where are you going to be playing this that you have access to an AC outlet but no television?

If one travels a lot for buisiness and spends time in hotel rooms, then this couldnbe an awesome rig - your choices in such a case are usually hotel bar(if any), tourism (if there is anything to see that's not closed by the time you get free), crappy/expensive tv, or bring something. I've stayed in several places where there was no bar (nothing like a dry county!), the tv was craptastic, and you can't get to the inputs, we were miles from everything, and I was done the books I brought. Might have been nice to have a rig like this.

The thing I hate the most about travelling is that all the places I've been that had a new LCD TV with the connectors the hotel had locked all of the connections so that even if you did hook the system up the TV wouldn't recognize the inputs.
