It just needs more primer...and a little bit of imagination. It looks like he collected all the driftwood from the river behind his house, then hired a beaver to build him a dream machine.

It's like the arcade version of a terminator endoskeleton....except instead of being fabricated with advanced technologies from the future...it was made by a blind folded Richard Simmons with a dull hand saw.
