Fore!

I tried to sell mine for $1000 = no sale.

$800 = no sale.

$700 = no sale.

$600 = no sale.

That's when it earned a spot in my personal BARcade.

Obviously, it's not worth $600. I bet you could find a nice one for $400 ish if you hunt. Parts are everywhere. It's not hard to find stuff and restore a ratty one. I have about $75 in mine.

So what is a good price for one of these? Is less then $500 good?

Under $500 for a 2005 is a great price IMO.

Its weird to hear you guys saying you had problems trying to sell them. They seem to sell all day long on ebay (although I havent paid attention to what the pricing is). When I bought my conversion 6 years ago, I spent $300 on it, paid to have it shipped, and then bought a 2005 kit for $200, and had a guy install it for me. I sold it for $700.

I guess it all depends on location and luck. Also, now that the LIVE series is out and available, I guess it would drive the prices of the Fore! series down a little bit.

I just looked at ebay, and there are still a ton sitting out there. Apparently these aren't selling for $1500 anymore ;)

I have had a few opportunities to get these in the $500 range. IT seems pretty easy to do. There also seems to always be at on of these on CL. These must be the most produced arcade games ever, no? Seems like there are TONS of them out there.

Yeah, they are mass produced for sure. Seems every freaking bar has one. Now that the LIVE hardware is different, it seems there will be even more. They should have kept one cabinet and just upgraded hard/software.
