Forced to Close Galaxy Blue

Yes, he is. It is indeed crazy for someone from Hollywood circles to have morals, just like it is crazy for someone from Hollywood circles to be conservative. Who do those people think they are, choosing to be different than everyone around them?

There is obviously no reason or place to argue this. There is nothing wrong with faith, and a belief in a God. I will leave it at that.

EDIT: BTW - I still stand by my statement that dude is crazy...

I can't tell if this strawman was put here as someone's idea of a joke, but let me put it in the corner. It's blocking me putting two cents onto the floor.

Kirk comes off a bit loopy because...drumroll...he suffers from the delusion that both he and his faith are victims of extreme persecution. I think Phetish Boy's Primal Rage has more of a case for being a victim.

Speaking of, wasn't someone kicked out of their game room and forced into another in this thread?

Well did a bunch more moving and grooving last night. I have space for 16 games to fit in Arcade Hades comfortably. I currently have 12 games in place, leaving me room for 4. Here's the space as of last night:

I love this new space. Still need to move in Pig Out and Sea Wolf, leaving 2 spots for Joust and Tron or Punchout, whichever I get done first.

The old home cinema makes a nice new arcade! But where are you watching your movies now? If this was the wives idea I would try to parley it into a new big flat screen for the upstairs tv room. Something like a 65" plasma would make you completely forget the move I bet lol.

I can send you my address if you want to mail me that cool backlight movie poster frame as well

poor Q-bert....
all alone

JK
Im loving the new space as well Phet I always thought they looked better in one room, instead of strewn about the house.

I dont know about Kirk but that guy in the video is way to happy about how the banana fits in his hand and in his mouth.

Notice how Kirk was smiling and seemed to be giggling in the video? I wonder if he was thinking the same thing that the rest of us were thinking when we watched the video?

I'd swap Pole Position with space wars and turn Q-bert so the front is facing Satan .

I like the layout. Has the look of an old school arcade. I also dig the Spider Man toy. I think I have the same one displayed in my game room, right next to the Star Wars poster you sold me.

Swap the Pole Position with Q-bert, if it will fit between the wall and the door. That way you'll gain one more spot for another game. I have mine against a end wall with my Asteroids Deluxe next to it. You'll have plenty of room to get in and out of it.

Pic of my setup.

Holy shit, sweet. I had one of these when I was about 6 or 7. The light on this one still works, but the wall crawling gears are seized tight. I have the web and the C-Clamp too.

One more game moved in, despite the Winter Storm we've got going on. I had to move it from the garage, around the yard to the back door slipping and sliding all the way. Got a little wet but I wiped it down right away and it seems OK. I give you Pig Out:

And some lighted shots with all the games on:

BTB, I put the truck and dolly back and came back to the game room and there was my wife, playing the shit out of Pigout. She never came down to the gameroom for fun before. This move was a good thing.

Look at the cool ceiling effect you captured with all of those games lit up in there.

Nice.

This move was a good thing.

That's what seems to get missed in some of these responses... That you're cool with it.

I like this setup the best . The way the games are positioned and how its a dedicated room , seems more like a real arcade . The other room looked more like a home bar with some games mixed in the room . This new room has a nice gaming vibe to it . I think a small token machine would be perfect in there .
