I know the CT is worth less than the upright, but for one that is clean, ~300 made, how much??

Some guy has been trying to sell a nice one for the past 6 months in San Diego for $1000 with no luck so I'd say less than that. My guess? $500 to $600. I have a HUO Food Fight Cocktail that I (happily) paid $1000 for in 2007. I'll never get that out of it. Fortunately I have no plans to sell. There were only 100 of those made. In 2008, a very nice Star Castle cocktail finally went for ~$800 at auction. The guy tried to sell it for a grand for close to a year. There were (supposedly) 10 of those made and that sparked a debate over whether a dedicated Star Castle cocktail was in fact ever produced. Cocktails just don't seem to have the value of their upright counterparts despite the (lower) production numbers. Of course this economy has killed the prices of almost all but the most desireable specimens.

A clean Tapper cocktail? I'd be willing to shell out $600-$800 for one of those if I had the space / money. I haven't seen many in good condition.

Asking a current owner for what a game is worth = real market value x2

So divide that number by 2 then, I guess.

Unless you're honest like me. I'd say $500-$800 depending on condition. When I bought mine in 2000 the few cocktails that came up for sale were in th $1200-$1500 range; things have changed since....

a guy locally had a bud tapper cocktail on ebay and nobody bid on
it for $500. auction ran it's course and nobody bought it.

Tapper, much like Tron, is about the upright artwork. The cocktail version of both, well, sorta sucks. Why? Meh gameplay and no bitchen artwork/ambiance to make up for it.

I sold a fully restored, tapper ct #300, with nos overlays for $750 and thought I did OK. It was so clean you could eat off it.

I know a guy that must have 5 of the uprights, or more, and (I think) 3 cocktails. Seems like most all of them work too.

Seems like he was paying big bucks for his...something like $800+ but I can't remember for sure.
