Today was HUGE, got all the T1's finished. Including testing every single one with a low scale ohm meter (12 hr day)

Repro Primary ohms: 9 (Found exact size wire and re-wound the first 15 Xformers I wound)
Repro Secondary ohms: 0.17

Original Primary ohms: 9
Original Secondary ohms: 0.18

Final T1 and MC1 Testing in the cab using alligator clips

Cut all the Glued heatshrink, except those who asked for a 3 ft length

Might need a few more Neck Connectors Assembled, I am going to stick a durable sticker on, near the 12 pin plug as I was not happy with the screen printing near there.

Separate everyone's order. Double check for accuracy. Wrap each person's parts separately. Print out each persons details so Troy will easily tell who's is who's.

Suggested assembly order

1. Heat sink (Nuts and bolts are OK, doesn't need to be rivets)
2. 4 x Large Heat sink mounted items
3. Remember the Regulator VR2 is Negative (7924), so need the flat insulator and screw insulator

4. Diodes (Hard to get to later)
5. IC 555
6. Resistors, links, capacitors, Trim Pots
7. Transistors incl. small heatsink
8. LED
9. MC1
10. T1 (MUST be a little higher than surface to clear R13 below) You'll see - Sorry, I had to - Board was designed before the T1's were.
11. Focus block bracket
12. Focus block
13. Flyback Transformer
14. Wires / Harness - To avoid breakage do last

The box from Dez arrived today. I have not opened it or gone through anything. Hopefully I have the heat sinks and focus brackets shortly
