I received my HV pcb and it looks GREAT !!! It really is tempting me to populate it ASAP. Il. be transferring some essential part from an existing HV PBC and most other parts will be brand new. I really like the incorporated spots for the power resistors....

Hope the heatsink won't take too long...

Move the heatsink, you need a 4mm drill for the 2 rivets, the hole is 4.2mm

Just wondering how many people are going to use a WG6100 focus block?

(If you don't know what I mean, a WG6100 flyback can be bought, and the focus block can be used as a replacement to the original Amplifone Part)

I have documented how to do it here (Go to post # 121 onwards)

MY POINT???

You will need some glue lined heat shrink after you solder the HV lead together

IE: This stuff

As you heat it, it shrinks and the glue seals and prevents a 20KV electric shock

Can you guys get that stuff in the US?

It's about $18.00 per length here (3 ft or so, maybe 4 ft??)

Hi Guys

The list is still growing.
Some have realized there are extra parts available which were not available when they first expressed interest in the PCBs

The main shortages are Neck connectors, and MC1s (There is enough for KLOVers)

At the time I ordered HV cable for the neck connectors, there were about 17 people wanting neck conns.
I ordered enough for 37, so 20 spares, just to be sure, but presently there are 35 on KLOV and 15 outside of KLOV needed

MC1s are a similar story. I have enough gear for 50. I think there are 65 needed, 46 on KLOV

THE TWIST
Not everyone has emailed me or PMd me yet. So maybe they don't wish to proceed any more.

If that is the case, we will be fine. Those who have replied to me and paid are the priority as they must need them.

So if you have contacted me, you are fine.

I can't accept extra Neck Conn orders or MC1s from this point on though, sorry. I am happy to send more later, no problems.

I will order more for the people outside of KLOV so this box leaves on the 10th October with enough for all.

1 for joining focus block to the flyback


1 for the longer anode lead that came with the Amp Flyback
