I have an old MsPacman machine that's been converted and has a computer monitor installed for the display. It is plugged into a fly back transformer I do believe. Now I am wondering if I can remove this since I have a computer monitor hooked up and not an old CRT?

thanks for any help

I don't think you have your terminology correct. I believe what you are calling a flyback transformer is actually an isolation transformer. Can you snap a pic?

Thanks!

Sorry I reposted my question, I could not find the first one I posted

Thanks for the help... Looking forward to taking it out and putting in a ups...

I hate loosing my highscores when the power flickers on and off

The 48-in-1 board should save the top score on each game when you shut it down (unless you're leaving it on 24/7, which seems kinda crazy)
