So, I have TWO Fluke 9100(s) with cracked/broken displays... and a third one I can barely read.

Hoping maybe someone has any spare 9100 chassis parts?

Yeah, i know, probably slim chance to none on this..

Sorry only have one on a 9100FT I recently purchased faulty, which I have fixed.
It had display and power supply faults. Have not had time to test I/o module interface yet, pod interface works nicely.
For your working unit that is dim have you checked voltage levels. There is an isolated (second) supply on the main pcb. It creates the hv for the displays. The unit I repaired had a faulty main power supply, isolated power supply, several faulty display ttl ic's and some shorted tracks on the display IC's.

I checked the 70v supply, it was fine, but i do see a bias circuit that maybe an issue, side note i found a realllly nice small HDMI display that fits inside the case, now just need to sort converting the driver signals to hdmi... ( need to look at inspiration from rgb2hdmi, and pin2dmd , there are some other lcd replacement mods out there that could potentially work as base firmware,
