I know someone that had that problem once. The other person used the linked pic in an E-bay auction. He changed the pic to a fat woman taking a dump on a guy's head. E-bay pulled the listing in record time.
 
Does anyone else remember the infamous eBay auction for the Datsun shift knob with the stolen image years ago?

The seller had linked directly so he had no control over the source once the source owner discovered it. The rest of that week the source had a field day with the image and the auction had thousands of hits while everyone tuned in to see the what the source would do next.

I realize that wouldn't be a huge deal today, but the internet was a different place back then.

I'm not sure if it was the same one but FrizzleFried had lots of fun doing something similar.
 
Perhaps next time it pops up you can send him a friendly e-mail explaining why his ads are getting flagged.
