Fixing woodgrain "siding" or whatever its called

The woodgrain (paneling? sheet thing?) stuck to the sides of my cocktail cabinet are beat up. I have no idea how to fix or replace this stuff - can someone point my in the right direction?

If its formica, you can rip the rest off and either find more woodgrain formica at Lowes/Home Depot or use woodgrain contact paper. I would HIGHLY suggest new formica over contact paper, its much more durable and nicer.

OK cool. It must be formica - it's pretty thick/tough. Not paper, that's for sure. I'm guessing it's not too bad to cut.

Thanks for the help.

Be careful with what you get. By the way you are talking, I'm assuming you are stripping down your Williams CT.. make sure you get the right stuff, because if you get the thin crap instead of the real deal, it will look tacky.. I think what you are looking for is laminate, btw. Here is a good resto link for a Defender (same cab) that I found in the web:

There are detailed pics and such for how the guy changed out the woodgrain.

Formica may be more expensive. I believe Formica is an actual brand name of a veneer. Just look for any type of wood veneer like mentioned above at Home Depot/Lowes. They have different woodgrain simulations and colors. I believe they were selling 4x8 sheets for dirt cheap too.
