Guy has a deal on a pin however he said its in tilt mode and doesnt have the time to fix it. Is this something easily fixed, recognizable or should i pass?

I'd never pass on a Fireball 2 unless there was major art problems. There is plenty of online documentation, I'd say the most likely problem is a board problem but these boards can be fixed, or brand new replacement boards are available for about $200.

It really depends on what he means by "tilt mode".

I have found that "I don't have time to fix it" usually means "I have no idea what's wrong with it or how to fix it". Especially given that fact that they're telling you "it's in tilt mode". What does that even mean?

Whether you should pass or not totally depends on price and condition.

Also, Fireball II will not start a game if all the balls arn't accounted for. If there's not enough balls in the machine...or if a trough switch has issues, the game won't start.

I (could) see someone calling that "tilt mode".
