FIXED: My friend, um forgot to replace the ground wire to the neck board in their haste when reinstalling the chassis....

So I have this "friend", and they are working on a dumpster fire of a PC-10, and they like the bonehead that they are installed C471 in the HV section backwards because if you are going to reverse the polarity of any capacitor why not do it here. What could possible go wrong?

Anyhoo, the good news is that after installing the old capacitor, there is neck glow, but the screen is blank. When my "friend" turns off the monitor you can see the entire image as it powers down and collapses.

My "friend" has scrambled eggs for brains and still after 15 years in this hobby is bad with schematics. This is the area in question.

If I, I mean my "friend" is reading this correctly C471 goes to C472 and then the HOT and then to the neck board.
