Fixable WG 19k7602 chassis?

Okay so this is the first monitor that I've ever dug into on a fix. I figured a 19inch WG K7000 would be one of the most common chassis/monitor combo's so if I hose it, I hose it.

That said the board on this one is really rather burnt under the horizontal size. I'm sure the problem is manifested in that spot, but not 100% sure if it's worth/possible fixing or exactly where to start.

Though, it might look bad, it isn't too bad :D The traces are nice and big, and you can just jump to the next point with a wire. Looks like that cap spilled out on the board and the horizontal width coil needs to be replaced.
