If you have a Wells-Gardner model D9200 (a.k.a. WGM2792) that exhibits any or all the below symptoms, see the linked archive service bulletin:

Upper OR lower half of picture shows retrace lines, vertical foldover, dim, or washed out compared to rest of picture.

Electrolytic capacitors C306 (2200 uf @ 25v), C314 (2200 uf @ 25v), and C308 (220 uf @ 50v) are bad and should be replaced.

Just fixed one today with the top half of the picture distorted with foldover and lines. Sure enough cap C306 had a blown top. ESR meter showed it was bad. After replacing it, I tested the old one on my digital capacitance meter. Instead of 2200 uf, it was reading 500 uf. Definitely bad.

Another one for vertical foldover would be C466 470uf 25v
most of the time ,when i see a fresh chassis in for repair,i see it's bulged.
Another would be to replace the vertical Ic if it hasn't been replaced before
along with c847 470/25v's on the 15v supply line if bad.

Is this what it's referring to? I capped the whole thing about 6 months ago.
