Hey guys,

Has anyone ever fit a cabinet inside a Toyota Matrix? I would like to drive down to pick up a continental circuit cab in the US and would rather use the company car than rent something ;)

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I do not drive Japanese cars, but I did fit a Midway Space Invaders upright in a 1985 Camaro without a problem. Folded the backs seat down, turned the game on its side, and was on my way.

Sure, they fit.

We fit a Ms Pacman in a PT Cursier once, the customer bought a MsPacman cocktail from me online but decide to buy a upright when he arrived ,he is about 500-600 miles from me,so we fit a MsPacman in his PT.

i fit PC 10, pac man upright, large and medium size pins, cocktails, standard midway fighter cab barely MK2) in my pt at different times.

the most i crammed in pt at once was, mars god of war wide body pin, with back box, and a ms pac cocktail.
Totally crammed ahaahahahah.

The MK2 could barely clear the entrance of the rear hatch, barely.
length/ height wise though. It was not bad. game looks huge once peeking out the back of the car though, maybe i should post the pics i took.

I would be surprised if you could close the hatch if it fit in there. I have a Scion xA which is an even smaller version of the Matrix. I find that the opening is just a little too small for most things, but maybe yours is just big enough for it to work. I can fit a full size pin in the car, but the backbox has to be removed to fit in the hatch.

I fit a Poker cab in my 98 VW Golf Hatchback, and I also fit (with hatch shut) a Megatouch XL cabaret into my newer 2003 VW GTI (Golf) Hatchback.

I also fit a 46in big screen tv into the 2003 with hatch shut, and I think it used every-last-square-inch but it fit! Once you fold the seats down this car has some decent room - 54 inches from back of front seats to the hatch limit.

I fit a pinball in the trunk of the 86 caddy in the middle..and the white 79 lincoln will haul a car on a trailer... so im good to go.

How do you like your Matrix? I was considering one for the wife... until my neighbor got one... he absolutely LOATHES the car. It's been nothing but trouble for him. He now refers to it as the "Sucktrix"...

My Dodge Durango perfectly fits a cab in the back with the hatch closed. Seats down of course.

Really? I love mine. Well the company's, not officially mine but to answer your question, I aboslutely love it. It's my rolling office. 3 years old with 130,000kms. All I do is change the oil and drive. No other maintnance whatsoever and the amount of room inside is unreal, that is why I was thinking of picking up the cab with it, so I am very surprised to hear that your neighbour is having trouble with his. It is a fabulous car.
