I just finished rewiring my Cabal project and that got me to a major milestone, every single game in the gameroom is working (as are two of the ones in storage). Some of them still need a lot of work, but they can all be played right now!

Joust (In Robotron cabinet with jRok board)
Touchmaster countertop.
Golden Axe 29" Candy cabinet
Samurai Shodown II (dedicated version, with multicart).
Ms. Pac-Man with 96 in 1 Mike Doyle kit.
City Connection.
Megatouch Cabaret
Break Thru cabaret
60 in 1 cabaret
Cabal
Video Trivia
Frankenmame
Pole Position cockpit
Clowns
Capcom Bowling
Pro Tennis (1973 Williams)
19 in 1 (Robotron themed)
Plastic 25" Sega Jamma cabinet running Cyber Lip.

I've come close but don't remember ever having everything working 100%. That sounds like a good New Years Resolution! Congrats on the feat.

Congrats! All machines working for me lasted about 1 week (and that was only 8 machines). I moved the Smash TV and poof went the monitor.

I totally understand the good feeling of having all games working, and after so long I'm sure it's an even more satisfying... but man, isn't that sad that you went 12 years without all working?? Keeping games working shouldn't be THAT low on the list of priorities.

There was a 5 year break in there where I didn't own any games! =)

But the rest of the time there was always at least one dead project game just lined up with the other games.

Yeah. Well, some people are all about projects or turnover, and having every game working isn't even a goal anyway. In those cases, not having everything working for a long time isn't unusual at all.
