Hi,
This is my first post, and I am new to the jukebox owners world.
I recently got hold of a few rowe cd-100's and a cd-100-b and a pretty much empty cd-100c . (all pretty much basket cases)
I am hoping to get at least one of these working.
I was told they needed new players or repaired.
Anyway , here's where I am. I bought a whole player carosel and all I think it is a pro player 12 ? I bought a CCC it has a 4.0 chip. I think I have most of the plugs in the right place, not sure about a couple on the mechanism computer though. I'm goint to try to add some pictures, if I can.
thanks for any help
Oh, yes I did buy the 2 manuals, so I do have them for reference
thanks again

Will the original wiring harness work?

Can anyone tell me if the original wiring harness will work with the pro player 12? And where the wires plug in the mechanism control box on the lower right side in my first pic?
thanks

Went through the replacement instructions.
Looks like I need to replace the circut board in the power supply
I guess I am looking for a rowe 61086501 circut board now,
Anyone have one?
thanks
troy

Wondering if any of the slightly newer rowe jukeboxes came with the updated 61086501 power supply board already installed. That way I could maby find a used one.

It dosen't look good as far as getting anyone of these things going as an original, all things working as original.
I can however connect a stand alond cd player to the inputs on the amp and they will play.
I have a sony 300 disc player connected to it it sounds good.
Just wondering if there is a way to connect the keypad to the sony player?
Or try to find an mp3 adapter that doesn't cost an more than the whole thing is worth.

I just found this power supply board. any chance it might work?

There was an interface for cd changers but, I think it worked with Pionere.
Thought I saw another one that had a module you plugged into the harness and then an ir transmitter you glue on the remote sensor of the changer.
Never tried one myself nor know anyone who had.

Have you thought of trying to fix the board(s) you have?
Might just need some caps.

Yea I thought about it, But I don't think I have the right board for the power supply to work with the updated pro player that I have, I have some old players but everywhere I look it is pretty big $$ to get any of this stuff repaired. I already have probably more money in these things than they are worth. At some point I just have to say enough is enough.
Right now it's probably going to be an aftermarket cd changer just plugged into the amp. Or possibly an old pc. loaded with mp3's .
It would be nice if I could interface the keyboard controls to one of the above. It can probably be done, but so far I haven't found out how to do it. If anyone knows pleast steer me in the right direction, I'm not afraid to try it, Just don't want to mess up what does work. Thanks for the help guys,
troy
