First pin - BSD!

wow....funny that i saw this thread today. i just got a line on a BSD that i'm hoping to snag by the end of the month. it's supposedly in average to rough shape in places, but it's not pricey and it is said to still play well. i figure i can worry about fixing it up later.

Thought I'd include a few pics of it lit up and then I'll cool it on the Dracula talk for a while :)

Like I said, we replaced many lights, but really only did the ones we could tell were burned out. Some bulbs still come in and out sometimes, like the "C" and last "A" in Dracula. I'm guessing it has something to do with me having less-than-ideal wall voltage, but I'm not sure. I can live with a few lights on the blink, so to speak, for now.

Should have gotten some shots with the glass off. Maybe next time.

The only way to play this game is in the dark :)

If those bulbs work sometimes but not all the time you should reflow the solder on the board they go into. Also you can bend the tabs out a bit on inside of the socket and scuff up the contacts as well. Or just reflow the solder and buy a new socket.
