Well I have had good luck with CL up till today. I had a guy call about a game I have for sale ($250). It is a simple multi game. I talk with him on the phone. E-mail pics. Then he stops by, about an hour drive for him. He looks over both games for about an hour. The whole time his kid is playing the games and saying how they are so cool. He was playing a Gameboy when he showed up. This guy was looking at every inch of the game and in the end says my price is right, but looking for one in better shape. What a jerk. These two cabs are the cleanest I own other then the Gauntlet I bought in MN. I showed him some of my other cabs that have water damage, broken sides, etc.

Thanks for listening to my rant. :p

Ahh another craigslist asshole. Man these people are taking over the country. This guy is a step above the others; not only was he a tire kicker but also an extreme waste of time(over an hour?!). What a loser

If I spend that much time looking at something I'm going to buy(or like when I go to my warehouse buys) I made sure I at least buy something.

Okay, here's what you do - since it was about an hour's drive for him, call him back and tell him that you've reconsidered and you're willing to drop the price to $125 if he picks it up right away. Wait about 45 minutes and call him, telling him that someone else just gave you $300 because they couldn't believe that the cab was in such great shape!

I'm only kidding, I wouldn't really do this, but it is tempting... :D

heh thats how folks are around there unfortunatewlty...

usually after 10 mins if the person hasnt bought the game yet they arent going to buy, just waste your time...

Good idea.

I kept working on my other game when he was "looking" and his kid was having fun playing Donkey Kong. He kept saying this was cool. Next time I will charge a quarter a game. :D
