First Cabinet: Untested Dynamo Z Cabinet + 750-in-1 PCB

I'm looking into buying my first arcade cabinet. I'm going to check out this cabinet this afternoon. I had a good idea of what I wanted to pay for a working cabinet, but I don't know what to do with one that hasn't been tested, including the monitor. It has the original power supply and a new jamma harness. The 750-in-1 PCB is also new. It originally had a CPS2 game in it, but isnt included. That works out for me though because I have some CPS2 games that I want to put in it. Cosmetically, the cabinet looks to be in OK shape--the most wear is some dents/chipping on the bottom.

If you have the chance, get photos first and check that monitor for burn in. If it doesn't power, offer something absolutely minimal as a new monitor is going to cost a ton.

750 in 1 elf cart? Not a great cart. It's only worth about $125. Factor that in with the price.

I'm also looking at picking one up for cheap. Currently is running Pandora's Box. Curious on price.. I think I'd want to turn it into a Hyper Fighting....
