Firepower Help MPU 2 LED's Locked On

Hi All,

I have a Firepower that isn't booting up at the moment. When powering on, both LED's on the MPU stay lit without flashing. From the write up on pinball.flippers.info, I removed the solenoid fuse and disconnected the Driver board and still got locked on LED's without a flash. From what I understand, this narrows it down to the MPU board.

I'm assuming my next step is to use Leon's test ROM. Since I don't have access to a ROM burner, can someone make any recommendations on where to purchase Leon's test ROM?

Also, while I've got the board out it seems like a good time to replace all the connectors and sockets since it's never been done. Any recommendations on where there are available?

If there is anything else I can do in the meantime, or other work I should do to the board while its out, please let me know

Looks clean, except maybe a small patch by the 5101. Whats the best way to clean corrosion?

On the MPU board I checked the 5vdc and 12vdc test points at points 1, 9 and 10 (5vdc, unreg 12vdc and ground) and found them to be lower than expected. At the power supply (and also the connector at the MPU board) they read 4.98vdc and 13.48vdc, but at the test points they read 3.42vdc and 11.43vdc. Should these be reading this low?

3.42 is defintely to low. Board needs good 5volts
