Guys,
After about 35 years of buying, selling, operating and primarily hoarding games, I have finally decided to start selling off some of this stuff before my health starts declining. A lot of you have been to my warehouses in McLean, Atlanta, and Lincoln, IL and seen how bad my hoarding disease has gotten. And I know, I am really tough to buy from because I want a fortune for everything and don't care if I ever sell anything. I'm sure there are stories circulating about me that I would be embarrassed to hear.
Well, not anymore. I am going to start using Arcadia Auctions (via HiBid) to sell off my excess games, projects, parts, and misc stuff and just let it go for whatever the market says. I am realizing that I have too much stuff. This is going to (hopefully) the first of many auctions to let this stuff go. I'm planning to do one every few months.

NO BUYERS PREMIUM! You pay whatever your winning bid is without any fees or commissions added (except 6.75% sales tax on stuff picked up or shipped within IL, unless you have a resale certificate....can't get around sales tax).
This is a very diverse selection of stuff in the first sale. There are some nice, fully working games. But most of these games are projects of one sort or another, which in my opinion is a good thing. Prices in this hobby have gone crazy, and some grail games have gotten so expensive that only the super rich have any hope of getting them.
This auction has some grail-level games that are projects and therefore will be really affordable. I used to LOVE the section at amusement auctions where they put the project games. They used to call it "death row" or the "dead zone". It was my favorite part of the auction, because I know how to work on games and that was where I could get a deal.
Well, this auction has a lot of "death row" games and I hope that some of you appreciate the opportunity to own some SUPER RARE titles for a fraction of what they normally sell for. Some of the games are in extremely rough condition, some are in really good condition, and most are somewhere in between.
But the good thing about my auction(s) is that I am not hiding anything. I have taken a lot of pictures of every item, given a good description, and even included a movie where I look inside, outside and all around every game to make sure you know exactly what you are bidding on.
This first auction ends Saturday Nov 26th, and winning bidders will have 3 weeks to pick up stuff or arrange shipping. I will help any way I can.
Let me know if you have any questions. Here is a link to the Auction, along with some summary detail:
