Thanks to a trade deal with forum member Gorfchampion, I am now the proud owner of an original Midway Burgertime. Game is in great, unrestored shape. I have been looking for this game since I got into the hobby. Thanks again John.

No problem Phet. I wanted your Sinistar as bad as you wanted my Burgertime so its all good. Saturday we're going to pick up Sini at Chris's place. I'm so looking forward to bringing it home. I've wanted one for 27 years now; so its going to be a sweet reunion. Pleasure to meet you by the way, and look forward to seeing you again soon...

Congrats! That one looks to be in pretty nice shape. Even though the sideart looks decent, are you thinking about repainting with stencils? Wasn't there a thread a few months back where a member (from WI I believe) restored a BurgerTime to mint condition?

I'll never forget how happy I was to get a nice original Burgertime and how sad I was to let it go. One day I will get the joy of picking up another and that one will stay. :)

Fun game and what a great and unique cabinet! Can't wait to see what it looks like after a little bit of love. Congrats!

I was a little bit sad at first to see my Burgertime go, since I had it in my collection for 10 years. But I told myself years ago I would never sell it outright; I would only trade it for a Sinistar or a Joust. I never thought a trade deal like this would ever happen, but it did. I know Phet likes it a lot and will keep it; and I'm pumped about getting the Sinistar!

Yeah, I love it. To only see a Deco BT at CAX made coming home to this little philly that much sweeter. Don't worry John, she's staying with my estate forever. Yes Big Kev, I will give it the biz, though I doubt it will turn out as nice as yours did.

Nice looking game; I'm still kicking myself for not buying the one at the St. Louis SuperAuction a couple of years back. It had a minor board issue and went fairly cheap.

Someday I'll get a deal one (at least I keep telling myself that).

I'm also waiting for the stencil thread Phet :)

Looks very nice. Congrats. I have always wanted to start collecting the classics and Burgertime is the one I want to start with.
