After many years I finally got the bug to finish this. I got the files from Classic Arcade Cabinets. I made templates out of 1/2 inch particle board. I cut and sanded them as close to the edges as possible to give a smooth surface for routing. Templates cost about $50 to print what I needed.

I started with the kick panel and put the art on before I routed to final shape so the alignment would be perfect and the edges would be tight.

My next move was to cut the sides and put in the blocking pieces to attaché the front and back pieces.
I put the T Molding on right away to protect the melamine edges as the get chipped very easily.

When making templates I found it difficult to make everything perfect as the alignment tool seems to be th edge of the side rather than the cribbing. I will explain when I show speaker grill installation. Otherwise I started clamping the sides to the front, back and bottom. All the measurements from templates seem accurate although the angled cuts were determined as I went along. I had to sand blast the speaker grill as there was a little rust on the piece I purchased.

So I rounded up all the parts for a cabinet as finding one local in any condition but basically destroyed was going to be the only option. Lastly that option closed as the op decided to keep the thing and left me once again looking. I had acquired the shroud along with the control panel and yoke first and able to play the game the art and shroud just sat around collecting dust. Later I found the speaker grill and air vent for the back. I had built a harness but having problems with a board set I purchased a harness along with a pair of speakers off fleebay. Somewhere I got a cage and the rest of the parts. The 25" tube came from a television and the yoke I wound myself.

So once I got to this point I was fitting the piece that goes above the shroud and is where the speaker grill connects on the bottom. The top fit fine but I also realized that my cribbing was in the wrong place and then decided to make the pieces fit the speaker grill first and then fit the whole thing to the cabinet to align it properly.
I just wish I had done this in the first place as I ended up with a couple of screw holes on the inside of the sides where my cribbing started. No big deal, I can live with it.

I also needed to get my 25" tube squeezed I tothe cabinet without the use of the proper tube "ears" that I used for the multi vector. I think they were the same as the cockpit but I devised something and it seemed to work. I did however get to mount it twice as the first time was a bit too low from the shroud and two low in the frame.however Once I moved it, things lined up really nice.

Next thing I had to get done was apply the side art. I went for the full package and it looks great, provided by Phoenix Arcade. It arrived with a small flaw on one side which I kind of blew off as I wanted to see if I could just rub it smooth and be done. I got about half of it worked out but I also made some flaws installing it so I just figured it was all ok. If I had an old cabinet it would be worse probably. Feel free to express thought on this.

Anyhow as I was starting from the bottom I went up only where the "fingers" start at the bottom and as I went to work my way up from there I realized that I left room to tear on the top "finger" and as I tried to be careful pulling the backing paper to start, it began tearing to my horror. I was however able to recover and get the spot to line up and lay down enough to not be a thing. The Sid looked good when finished and the other side was problem free.
