YES! I have wanted one of these for years now, since I first started collecting really, but never came across one for a decent price. Well, I picked up this 2 slot for 200 bucks... not a bad deal! Got a great bulk buy on some Neo cartridges from a member here and I'm good to go. It's a beautiful machine, there are only a couple of scuffs on the side art and the control panel looks like it's never been used before (the white stuff in the image isn't damage, it's the camera reflecting off of it's scratch less surface!). Crisp, clear monitor with no scroll or burn in. Great sound system. Around 20k plays on the coin counter but doesn't look it! Favorite game so far is Aero Fighters 2, I can get halfway through (middle of Stage 5 of 10) as Robo Keaton and already have friends lining up to play co-op. Snagged this one on location from a great arcade in Pennsylvania, all their games were in awesome shape and they had some gems I hadn't played for years I had a great time playing. I kept owning the Godzilla (which I was addicted too way back when and still am now) and giving the tickets to this group of three kids since I didn't really need unnecesary plastic objects, they kept looking shocked then huddling and saying "the stranger gave us more tickets! Maybe he just doesn't like tickets?" I was saving my last quarter for elsewhere but I saw the littlest one get mad because he didn't get any, so I won the jackpot real quick and gave it to him. They all left with pockets full of plastic junk and mouths full of fake vampire teeth, haha. Anyway, great pick up, great machine, and I couldn't be happier with the condition. I have a Neo at last! :) In the 90s when I wasted dozens of quarters on these things I never thought I'd be able to waste just as many quarters in my own house! :D

What Arcade was it at? I'll go drop some money in their games (or money into their token machine, then tokens into the games)... Or some other form of exchanging money for game play.

Very cool! I've been wanting to get a Neo for myself lately. I'd recommend the Shock Troopers cart (the first one - not the sequel!). It's a really cool shoot-em-up game that isn't given enough credit.

Congrats! Great price for one in that condition. MVS cabs are usually really beat up.

I was so happy to get my MVS too. Your CPO looks to be in great shape. I had to find an original replacement. It took me forever.

Have fun with it! :)

I have a V1 (like yours) a V3 (that needs restoration) I also have a 2 slot board for another conversion eventually.

Love these machines! Congrats and welcome to the MVS owers club!

Really nice! I love almost everything about these machines. All the little quirks and details. Like the credit LEDs and the memory card unit. Even the EL marquees (even though replacing the bulbs is stupid expensive compared to regular old bulbs). Even the multi-cart concept and needing to rotate in 2/4/6 games on a regular basis seems so much more cooler than one board/cart with a 100 or so games on it. I dunno, it's probably just me.

Uncanny, because I have a V1 and a V3 as well, except the V1 needs a total restoration and the V3 just needs the typical TLC work (could be a lot cleaner...sides are all scratched up). :p

I agree... The most common thing I hear when I mention I have, or plan on getting anything for my Neo Geo is "Oh, why not just get a multi-cart?"

Nice cab and a nice price too. I am on my 3rd neo cab, originally had a 6 slot then got a 4 slot, and now have a neo candy. I have sold the 6 and 4 slots, but will probably keep the candy for awhile.

Well I had a nice V1 that I got at the last local Superauction. I then picked up the "can't pass/free" deal on the V3 that fully worked (decent monitor even) but was water logged from last years winter rains. I sold that so that I could head on down to Fresno to get the current V3 from our favorite fresno guys fire sale a couple months ago.

It's not too bad of shape actually. Just needs lots of TLC and a CP restore. It's my keeper so I want to take my time and do it right.
